After working for numerous chemical companies & progressing up to the position of Engineering Manager, co-ordinating & overseeing a team of 11 engineers I felt the experience I had gained led me to a natural decision to go self-employed. 

Due to the success of this & the demand I then took the opportunity to expand ChemCare Solutions to a sizeable company which has grown year on year to become a major market leader within the industry.

I joined the company in 2009 from a teaching & mentoring background which has enabled me to develop into my role. At the beginning it was just Jon & I but we now have a number of staff supporting us including office staff & engineers.
